eComStation.Ru has several XCenter widgets available, including a battery widget for notebooks and UPSs, a temperature widget, a USB monitor, a firewall widget, a POP3 mail checker widget, and a weather widget. QTgmail version 0.1 has been ported (11/26/2010) to OS/2; this QT app is an email notifier for GMail.

pwsafe version 0.2.0 has been ported (11/20/2010) to OS/2. This is a command line program that manages encrypted password databases. From OS2.org.

Blubbels version 1.0 has been ported (11/19/2010) to OS/2. This is a fun little game that uses Qt4.

libxml2 version 2.7.8 has been ported (11/19/2010) to OS/2. This is the XML C parser and toolkit, which is a required library for porting some software.

PDFMergeNX version 2.0 test has been updated (11/18/2010). This is an application for manipulating PDF and PS files; it provides a graphical interface on top of GhostScript, XPDF, and ePDF.

KBackup version 0.9.2 has been ported (11/15/2010) to OS/2. This is a backup program which uses rsync and the QT4 libraries.

Qlipshare version 0.0.1 has been ported (11/4/2010) to OS/2. This is a Qt4 application for syncing clipboard contents between computers.

The SunnyIcons component of eSchemes Deluxe has been updated (10/31/2010) to version 2.1 RC7. The Piano Launchpad component is at version 1.38 (7/22/2008), and the Imagination component is at version 3.10 (4/6/2008). SunnyIcons offers support for PNG icons (warning: it conflicts with WPS Wizard!). Imagination consists of new WPS classes which simplify browsing of pictures; it offers a preview window and image viewing, with support for many common graphics formats. Piano Launchpad is a replacement for the old IBM Launchpad, with support for large icons. From VOICE News.

OS/2 API Trace version 2.45.40 has been released (10/25/2010). This tool allows you to trace the 16-bit and 32-bit OS/2 APIs used by any application without requiring the application's source code.

A patched version of USBCOM.SYS has been released (10/25/2010) that adds USB 2.0 support.

GoodWord version 1.0.4 has been ported (10/24/2010) to OS/2. This is a full featured text editor, using the QT4 libraries.

Extreme Image Converter has been ported (10/19/2010) to OS/2; this is a Qt4 program for batch converting images to a different format.

dvddao version 2.0.6 has been released (10/10/2010). This is a tool for writing DVD-R(W), DVD+R(W), DVD-RAM, BD-R(E), HD DVD-R(W), and HD DVD-RAM discs.

bcchat version 2.1 has been ported (10/10/2010) to OS/2. This is a chat application that uses the Qt4 libraries.

eStyler version 1.1.93 has been released (10/5/2010) on the eComstation BetaZone. It features enhanced titlebars, enhanced push buttons, Windows keys support, and enhanced shutdown. This version of Styler/2 only works on eComStation.

Qwit version 1.1-pre2 has been ported (10/2/2010) to OS/2. This is a Qt4 based Twitter client.

OpenVPN version 2.1.3 has been ported (9/24/2010) to OS/2. This is an SSL VPN client.

InstPDR version 1.10 has been released (9/23/2010) on the eComStation Betazone. This is a GUI tool for installing new printer drivers, and includes a graphical frontend for importing PPD files. From VOICE News.

FrontenAct version 0.50 has been released (9/11/2010). This is a graphical interface to the "Enhanced CTorrent" BitTorrent client. It is a complete rewrite of PM CTorrent Manager.

Tickvue version 0.11.01 has been ported (9/7/2010) to OS/2. This is a stock market tracking program, using the Qt4 libraries.

remap version 1.0.2 has been released (9/6/2010). This tool reformats and demangles IBM-style map files.

TiMidity++ version v2.13.2 has been ported (9/5/2010) to OS/2. This is a standalone player for MIDI files and other synthesized audio formats, using software wavetable synthesis. It is provided as a WarpIn package for easy installation, and there is a collection of high-quality sound samples (EAWPatches) available to be used with it.

umix version 0.2 has been released (8/26/2010). This is another PM mixer for UniAud, that supports configuration files for matching up the mixer lines.

drss version 0.3.5 has been ported (8/26/2010) to OS/2. This Qt4 app is an RSS newsfeed aggregator.

PR1Util version 1.65 has been released. This is a REXX library of miscellaneous functions.

DaemonFS version 1.1 has been ported (8/6/2010) to OS/2. This is a real time file watcher that uses the Qt4 libraries. From VOICE News.

InstFont version 1.0 has been released. This program was designed to facilitate automated font install packages, and allows new fonts to be available immediately, without a reboot.

qspeedtest r43 has been ported (7/24/2010) to OS/2. This QT4 app is for evaluating network latency and speed.

The Synergy client and qsynergy GUI front-end have been ported (7/22/2010) to OS/2. Synergy lets you easily share a single mouse and keyboard between multiple computers with different operating systems, each with its own display, without special hardware.

Technology preview 4 of Dr. Message has been released (7/18/2010). This is a native instant messenger application for OS/2, supporting a wide variety of popular messaging protocols, like AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, and others. This is a follow-on to Mr. Message, with a completely new implementation of the protocols and the GUI.

QGoogleTranslate version 0.2b7 has been ported (7/18/2010) to OS/2. This QT app translates text using the Google Translate engine.

More Qt4 games have been updated (6/13/2010) to work with the 4.6.2 port, including Multilotek 1.0, and openpref 0.1.3.

Eight Queens version 0.3.4 has been ported (6/12/2010) to OS/2. This is a logic puzzle, that uses the QT4 libraries.

id3v2 version 0.1.12 has been ported (6/8/2010) to OS/2. This is a command line id3v2 tag editor for MP3 files, which can add, modify, remove, and view id3v2 tags, and convert from id3v1 tags.

screengrab version 0.8.1 has been ported (6/4/2010) to OS/2. This is a tool for capturing screen shots, using the Qt4 libraries.

newLISP version 10.2.8 has been ported (5/31/2010) to OS/2. Also available (9/15/2009) is another port of version 10.1.5. This is a LISP-like scripting language for CGI programming, system administration, text processing, etc.

The open source C-Media audio driver has been updated (5/30/2010) to version 0.2.3 for OS/2. It supports the C-Media CMI8738 sound chip, and is based on Sander van Leeuwen's Soundblaster Live! project.

JWasm version 2.02 has been ported (5/26/2010) to OS/2. This is a free MASM-compatible assembler, with several additional features, and is a fork of the Open Watcom assembler.

IpConfigPM version 1.4a has been released (5/22/2010). This is a graphical interface for changing the IP address, domain name and DNS servers.

cclive version 0.6.3 has been ported (5/12/2010) to OS/2. This is a command line video extraction utility, which allows you to download videos from supported websites, including YouTube, Google Video, and DailyMotion. From VOICE News.

Mediatomb SVN r2093 has been ported (4/25/2010) to OS/2. This is an open source UPnP MediaServer with a nice web user interface, that allows you to stream your digital media to a variety of UPnP compatible devices. From VOICE News.

Dave Gnukem version 0.56.1 has been ported (4/11/2010) to OS/2. This is a clone of the first Duke Nukem game.

SQLite version 3.6.23.1 has been ported (4/5/2010) to OS/2. SQLite is an embedded SQL database library.

SYA Sokoban version 2.0.1 has been ported (4/3/2010) to OS/2. This is an implementation of the popular Sokoban puzzle game, which uses SDL. From OS2.org.

ASTranslator version 0.9.12 has been ported (3/28/2010) to OS/2. This is a QT4 app that translates text using the Google Translate engine.

QSifre version 2.0 has been ported (3/21/2010) to OS/2. This is a password management tool, using the QT4 libraries.

The RAR archiver has been updated (3/15/2010) to version 3.93 (the "DOS" version also has OS/2 support). This is a command-line compression utility, with tight general and multimedia compression, recovery record option management of non-RAR archives, RCVT aRchive ConVersion Tool, and more.

tradutor version 0.1 has been ported (3/14/2010) to OS/2. This QT4 app is for translating text with Google Translate.

T&V HappyPlayer version 2.20 has been released (3/14/2010). This is a PM application that operates TV cards built on the Brooktree BT848 chip, including some ATI and nVidia cards.

A NIC driver for the Marvell Yukon 88E8038 Fast Ethernet chipsets has been released (2/28/2010).

SudokuResolver version 2.1.0 has been ported (2/26/2010) to OS/2; this QT game offers lots of Sudoku combinations.

OWPZip version 1.02 has been released. This extends the WPS with archive folders supporting PKZIP archives through drag-and-drop, with transparent compression, decompression, and opening and viewing of contents.

ipqalc version 1.1 has been ported (2/16/2010) to OS/2. This is a tool for IP address calculations, which uses the Qt4 libraries. From VOICE News.

lsof has been ported (2/4/2010) to OS/2. This is a tool to list open files, and the processes that are using them.

Artistic Style has been ported (2/3/2010) to OS/2. This is a C, C++, C#, and Java source code formatter and beautifier.

A tool for using the CanoScan 4400F scanner has been updated. It allows you to scan paper, photos, slides, and film in color, greyscale, and bitonal.

File version 5.0.4 has been ported (1/23/2010) to OS/2. This utility can identify the data type of several thousands of types of files, without relying on extensions.

FairSeaBattle version 1.0 has been ported (1/19/2010) to OS/2. This is a battleship game that uses the QT4 libraries.

WDSibyl has been updated (1/17/2010). This is an open source continuation of the commercial product Sibyl, which is a Pascal / Delphi compiler.

Maul Publisher version 3.16a has been released (1/9/2010). Maul Publisher is "the world's first professional desktop publisher for OS/2 Warp." It will automatically take care of page numbering in folding booklets, reversal of margins for facing pages, page numbering offsets where you don't want to start from page one, reversal of margins for top bound booklets and top folding booklets, centering margins on printers with odd margins, and multiway folding sheets and maps.
